Widdops strip brush cable entry seals are used throughout cable management, either for aesthetic purposes or for sealing cable entry points in air-conditioned or cooled data centres and servers. Sealing cable entry points prevents environmental hazards, such as water, pests, or fire, from damaging critical electrical equipment, while also helping to maintain proper airflow.
Our brush seals, cable brush strips, and cable trunking mounts can be manufactured to a wide variety of specifications, depending on the required usage and how you want your cable entry seal to look. Sealing cable entry points is achieved by using different filament materials, filament densities and “sandwiching” membranes into the core of the brush strip for controlled airflow management.

Widdops cable entry seals are manufactured using synthetic filaments to ensure a long-lasting entry seal. Sealing cable entry points allows cables to be passed through walls, floors and ceilings with ease, without compromising controlled air flow, and reducing the amount of dust and debris in your facility.

Widdops cable entry seals are manufactured in a range of colours; the standard models come in white, brown and black, with other colour options available on request. Housed in Polypropylene with nylon filament, our standard entry seals come with black filament as standard, but other colours are available.

Brush seal cable entry panel and tray for 19” racking
The cable entry panels are designed for standard 19” cable ducting and can be manufactured with or without a tray for the direction of cables from the entry point. Our cable entry sealed panels come in two shades, 7032 grey, or dawn grey as standard, but our bespoke manufacturing process allows us to offer our steel entry panels in a range of colours.
