We supply our brush pads to a vast range of industries, from the oil and gas industries to recycling and waste management. No job is too obscure; we have even created a bespoke brush pad for the Calderdale Industrial Museum in Halifax, as part of their Noble Comb machine rebuild!
Using the same brush-making techniques from 175 years ago, Widdops manufactured a brush pad that was filled by hand, a process which is still used to this day when the need for little loss of filament is required.
Brush pads can be manufactured as either hand-drawn brush or punched-in brush, depending on the desired end use.
Wire brush pads
Due to our in-house manufacturing process, we can construct wire brush pads that are suitable for tougher applications. Our wire brush pads can be made with a variety of metal wire filaments, such as stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, and phosphor bronze. Depending on the desired end use, the team at Widdops can help you find the right filament for your wire brush pad to best suit your application.
